Our process for cancellation requests
At The Shorea, we understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fees.
All policies and package details are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund Process
Step 1: Request For Refund Form
Guests must complete and submit the official Request For Refund Form to initiate the refund process.
Email the completed form to: theshorea@yahoo.com
Step 2: Management Approval
All refund requests are reviewed and must be approved by management before processing.
Step 3: Refund Disbursement
Once approved, funds will be refunded to guests directly or through the original payment method, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
